SIMPLE INTAKE • EMAIL OR ZIP

Start a CC.

You do not need to learn a new case system. Include us on the matter, forward the thread, or send the documents. We organize the review from there.

FASTEST INTAKE

CC us. BCC us. Or upload the matter.

Our systems only require cc@philanthropist.cc to be included on emails related to a matter, or the matter can be submitted as a bulk ZIP file. You do not need a case ID.

Before payment: CC and BCC both work.

If the matter has not yet been paid for, including cc@philanthropist.cc or privately BCCing bcc@philanthropist.cc can trigger our preliminary intake.

We can review the available facts, identify the appropriate review level, request missing material, and send the applicable quote, tier or payment request.

BCC is useful when you want us to see the existing conversation without adding PHILANTHROPIST.CC visibly to the other recipients yet.

No case number required.

A CC reference is optional for you. Email threading, participants, attachments, dates and matter information can be used to organize the record.

For your own tracking, however, we recommend adding a short CC reference to the subject line when useful.

The 2025 HVAC Repair   (CC)1234
The 2026 Church Camping Trip   CC-1235

Use whatever matter description makes sense to you. The tracking reference is helpful, not mandatory.
